We are proud to announce, that AXTAL has sucessfully passed its recent ISO9001:2015 re-certification audit. The new certificate is valid till November 2023.

CLEAN-UP PLL-OCXO 10 MHz and 100 MHz
We have improved the noise performance of our Clean-up PLL-OCXO modules AXPLO10 (10 MHz) and AXPLO100 (100 MHz).
The AXPLO10 incorporates a 10 MHz OCXO, which is optionally available as Low Noise (LN) or Ultra-Low Noise (ULN) version. This OCXO can be locked to an external 10 MHz reference.
The AXPLO100 delivers a Low Noise 100 MHz OCXO signal, which is locked to an external 10 MHz reference.
NEW TCXO LINES
Our new SMD TCXO line AXLE145HF offers ultra-low phase noise with a floor down to -180 dBc/Hz in the VHF frequency range from 60 MHz to 150 MHz. It comes in the small CO 27 package with 14x9 mm footprint.
Coming soon: Ultra-low phase noise TCXO AXLE113HF covering the frequency range 70 MHz to 125 MHz in the tiny 11.4x9.6 mm SMD package
