Return Material Procedure

To avoid unnecessary delays AXTAL has introduced a RMA (Return Material
Authorization) procedure. Before returning any goods to us for failure analysis
or repair, please request a RMA number from us. We cannot accept any return
material without a RMA number.

It is also important to state the failure or reason for the return of material as
detailed as possible in advance. This will help to expedite the process and to
assess, if a return of material is really necessary.

 

RMA process:

 

  • Contact AXTAL and state the failure or reason to return material
  • After a first assessment AXTAL will send a RMA number (if justifed)
    within 2 workings days after receipt of the RMA request
  • Return the material with reference to the RMA number (mandatory)
  • Optional: Add your own reference number, failure analysis etc.
  • Shipping is the responsibility of the customer
