Gated SMD TCXO for ATC/ATS with 24 dBm output
English, News 03.09.2014 The model AXGT175 is a gated (ASK modulated) Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (G-TCXO). It is available in the frequency range 950 MHz to 1532 MHz with up to +24 dBm (250 mW) output power. It is housed in a low-profile SMD package of 25.4x25.4x8.0 mm size.
The AXGT175 has an initial accuracy of ±1 ppm and a superior frequency stability over temperature of < ±1 ppm.

- ESCC3501/002, 3501/009, 3501/019 in HC-37/U (TO-8) enclosure for the frequency range 2.5 MHz to 26 MHz
are available as replacement of obsolete suppliers. Customer specific variants are welcome.

With this cooperation AXTAL is complementing its product portfolio of high stability oscillators at the upper end.
NEW OCXO LINES
Our smallest OCXO AXIOM114 comes in a hermetically sealed SMD package of 15x10 mm² with a height of only 8 mm. With 3.3 V supply it offers frequency stabilities as good as ±5 ppb, aging of less than ±0.1 ppm/year and covers a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
Highest frequency stabilities as low as ±0.05 ppb (±5•10-11) with a holdover of <1 µs over 8 hours can be achieved with our double-oven OCXO (DOCXO) AXIOM40/45HS. It is housed in a compact "Eurocase" CO08 package 36x27 mm² with only 16 mm height.

CLEAN-UP PLL-OCXO 10 MHz and 100 MHz
We have improved the noise performance of our Clean-up PLL-OCXO modules AXPLO10 (10 MHz) and AXPLO100 (100 MHz).
The AXPLO10 incorporates a 10 MHz OCXO, which is optionally available as Low Noise (LN) or Ultra-Low Noise (ULN) version. This OCXO can be locked to an external 10 MHz reference.
The AXPLO100 delivers a Low Noise 100 MHz OCXO signal, which is locked to an external 10 MHz reference.
