SPACE OCXO AXIOM6060 NOW LISTED IN ESA PREFERRED PARTS LIST
We are proud to announce that AXTAL's Space Qualified OCXO AXIOM6060 is now listed in the ESA Preferred Parts List EPPL. This Ultra-Low Noise High Stability USO is already approved by CAST/CASC (China) in the Feng Yun Satellites, in an application on the International Space Station (ISS), and by DSO in Singapore.

NOVEL OCXO WITH EXTREMELY LOW PHASE NOISE
In January 2015 AXTAL has introduced the novel AXIOM45ULN and AXIOM145ULN series, an OCXO with extremely low phase noise at 10 MHz. This is a major breakthrough in the design on ultra-low phase noise oscillators.
The guaranteed phase noise limits of this OCXO are:
<-115 dBc/Hz @ 1 Hz
<-146 dBc/Hz @ 10 Hz
<-157 dBc/Hz @ 100 Hz
<-160 dBc/Hz @ 1 kHz
The typical data even exceed these values.
The AXIOM45ULN comes in the Eurocase Throughhole package CO 08 (36x27x16.5 mm), the AXIOM145ULN offers the same performance in an SMD version of this package.

Workshop "Crystals, Oscillators and Filters" in German at the Technische Akademie Esslingen (TAE)
As in the previous years AXTAL CONSULTING is offering also in 2015 a one-day seminar about "Quartz Crystals, Oscillators and Filters". It will be held in German language.
As before the lecture will be given by Bernd Neubig, Managing Director of AXTAL. The workshop takes place on 22 April 2015 at the Technische Akademie Esslingen.

Miniature Double Oven Crystal Oscillator (DOCXO)
With its new AXIOM30DR series AXTAL is offering a Double Oven Oscillator (DOCXO) in a record-small package of 20x20 mm with a low height of only 13 mm.
The stability ranges from ±0.1 ppb (±10-10) to ±1.0 ppb over a temperature range between 0°C / +50°C and -30°C/+70°C.
The DOCXO warms up very quickly within 90 seconds and its power consumption of typically 1 W @ 25°C (steady state) is very low compared to most other DOCXO on the market.
